Resolved Sync Issue for Applicants with Duplicate Property Data

An issue was resolved where applicants with duplicate apl_properties data could not sync Federal and State Tax Forms to the Bullhorn ATS, which caused tax form information to be missing or incorrectly displayed in both Talent Platform and the ATS.

Why does it matter?

Duplicate Handling Implemented: The system now properly manages duplicate {{apl_properties}} data, ensuring successful syncing of tax forms.
Correct Tax Form Display: Federal and State Tax Forms now appear accurately for affected applicants in both Talent Platform and the ATS.
Improved Data Integrity: Synchronization is now more reliable, reducing confusion and manual correction.

This fix ensures tax-related data is accurately synced and visible across systems, improving usability and data consistency for recruiters and applicants alike.
